🛠 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not working as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Photos/videos of the issue may be required to speed up resolution.
🔧 Warranty

All equipment comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty (unless stated otherwise).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
