SupplyMate Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SupplyMate. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we can help:

✅ Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Please choose your products carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not working as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Photos/videos of the issue may be required to speed up resolution.

🔧 Warranty

  • All equipment comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty (unless stated otherwise).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

🚚 Returns Process

  1. Contact us at info@supplymate.com.au with your order number and details.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning or servicing the product.

  3. Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the item is returned for any other reason, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
